Veteran Nollywood actor, Browny Igboegwu has after ten years of marriage welcomed his first child following consistent pressure from relations for him to get another woman to bare him a child.
According to the actor, in a post on his official Instagram page as he celebrate the birth of his first child, he revealed that over the years of waiting, he was under constant pressure from people to get another woman to bare him a child or he could adopt a child while he waited.
Now he’s welcomed a child with his wife, Becky and he’s grateful to God that despite all odds, they’ve finally had their breakthrough.

He shared photos of when his wife was still pregnant and wrote,
Get another wife time no dey, age is no longer on her side, find a girl and give belle at least time no dey ooo, Browny hmmmm you dey try for how long you go wait, oya adopt baby first as you dey wait, all these Asaba girls who knows what she has done that she can’t conceive, hmmmm is it by buying new car? Let him born naaa, you no go understand bc you never born, don’t worry when you born you will understand, I love this couple you will never know they don’t have a child, God help them even if it’s one, your children must be up to four now it’s been long you got married. All these and so many others were the words from people’s mouth, you can imagine how I felt all these while hearing all these from both people who feel my pain and those who mock me. I silently took it to God in prayer and today, my wife and I have reason to say thank you lord. Congratulations @becky_browny

BIOGRAPHY
Brown Ifeanyi Igboegwu popularly known as Browny Igboegwu is a famous Nollywood actor, producer, model and a television personality. He was born on 30th August 1976 in Onitsha, Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He is currently 41 years old. He is originally from Onitsha, Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria.
He is very handsome, gifted, skillful, creative and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles and can fit in any character given to him by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.
Browny Igboegwu completed both his primary and secondary school education in Onitsha, Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.
After completing his primary and secondary school education, Browny Igboegwu proceeded to University of Nigeria, Nsukka in Enugu State, Nigeria and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and International Relations.
After completing his university education, Browny Igboegwu joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) in 2005 and acted in his first movie “Expensive Error” alongside with Hanks Anuku, where he played the role of a cultist. The movie “Expensive Error” became a blockbuster movie and brought him to limelight and made him a public figure.
Before the commencement of the movie “Expensive Error” in 2005, Browny Igboegwu visited his friend, director Oke Ozubeluoko, on the set of the movie “Expensive Error” and noticed that a particular actor was making several mistakes. Browny Igboegwu commented that he could do better even when he had no experience as an actor. Nollywood movie director, Oke Ozubeluoko gave him the role and he performed absolutely marvelous.
Oke Ozubeluoko was impressed by his skills and proficiency in acting and started given him roles in movies. After which he featured in another blockbuster movie in 2005 titled “Marry Me” alongside with Nonso Diobi and Oge Okoye amongst others.
Browny Igboegwu has acted in more than 100 Nollywood movies which include Expensive Error, Marry Me, Unfinished Business, Marry Who You Love, One More Kiss, Professor Johnbull, The Origin, etc. He acts mostly in action movies alongside with Hanks Anuku, Emma Ehumadu, Tammy Opusunju, Alaso Wariboko, Sylvester Madu, Zubby Michael, Junior Pope and Jim Iyke amongst others.
In late February 2015, Browny Igboegwu was named the twelfth chairman of the Anambra State chapter of the Actors Guild of Nigeria. On 9th March 2015, Browny Igboegwu was made the Executive National Secretary in the Conference of Chairmen of Actors Guild of Nigeria.

In early 2014, Browny Igboegwu got married to his beautiful wife Becky and the marriage is blessed with beautiful kids. Browny Igboegwu has proven himself as one of the most accomplished actor in Nollywood.
